Nice place with a exceptionally good food. I'm very impressed of the quality of food. Both breakfast and dinner was top notch. The wine menu to the dinner did also fit the menu extremely good. The afternoon tea had a lot of sweet things (but the most was a little to sweet for my choice) and some scones, cheese and other did it pleasant. The beds was ok, little cool rooms but the pillows were big and hard, not my liking at all. All in all, worth going to.

Found a worn dried up contact lens on my pillow. Seems like they don't clean the rooms properly. The lake was nice though.

Food was pretty good and the grounds are fine. Avoid rooms in main building at all costs as their en-suite bathrooms are plagued with black mold which is a health issue and disgrace and makes the room smell like wet socks.

Yes, this place is worth a visit for a relaxing weekend and golf. Enjoyed this porch for hours in the mist of Swedish summer. Overall; Service is friendly. Food was okish. Golf was good. Rooms are comfortable.

Nice Manor House converted into hotel. The style is very dated and the food brings back memories of the 90’s. The staff is very friendly and helpful and makes up for the run downed nature of the place.

Chose the lyxpaket for a romantic overnight getaway from Stockholm. The grounds were gorgeous, sauna stunning and views spectacular. We were pleasantly impressed with the quality and amount of food - not really the reason that we booked but will be a reason for coming again. It loses a half star for the room - somewhat showing its age - but that is more a point of feedback for improvement rather than detracting from our experience. Maybe the highlight though was the wine and whiskey consumed! Well done Friiberghs!

I am going to use up the word awesome for this year... This visit actually inspires awe. Food is like something taken straight out of a fairy tale, the service is so customer centered that you feel like your nan is standing in the kitchen, fixing you your favorite things. And do not miss the afternoon tea buffét, DO NOT!
